MAC interactive voice response (IVR) technology was designed specifically to meet the demands of multi-site corporations. Field managers make initial requests by telephone, eliminating all data entry at the corporate office. Responses are returned to those field managers so that hiring decisions are made based on corporate criteria, without involving the corporate team in every situation. The corporate office is contacted when a field manager is prompted to do so via MAC, reviews the complete report using WebScreen software, then makes a consistent decision determined by corporate standards. MAC significantly reduces time and labor costs involved in hiring by automating initial input and allowing the corporate office to become involved with exceptions only.
