An attitude assessment is used for pre-employment screening that measures attitude and values to determine "Do they want to do the job?" (10-15 minutes to complete). The reports will help you determine if the applicant has the right "CompanyFit", in other words, are they motivated to work and are they positive about doing a good job for the company. The attitude reports cover six areas of potentially counter-productive areas of concern and consist of an interpretive report, graphic report and behavioral interview questions report.
A personality and cognitive assessment that measures personality traits and cognitive abilities is used to determine "Can they do the job without great stress?" (10-15 minutes to complete). Those "measurements" are then used for many purposes during the life cycle of the employee.
The "JobFit" reports are job-specific and use the measurements to compare an individual's core personality traits and cognitive abilities to those required for on-the-job success for a particular job category (150+ job categories). The JobFit reports are used for hiring, promotions and lateral moves and consist of a Summary report showing JobFit and a Behavioral Interview Questions report.
The "Development" reports are not job-specific and use the measurements for training & coaching (new and current employees) and leadership identification & development (manager/supervisor and executive).
