Edge Information Management, Inc., a Gold-level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of its Employment Screening solution with Oracle Talent Management Cloud (Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service). Utilizing this solution can create a more streamlined hiring process and save users time by helping to eliminate the need for multiple systems that are used for a single goal: hiring great talent.
The integration with Oracle Talent Management Cloud provides a great value and service to customers looking to have their entire onboarding and background screening process in one convenient location. Sign in once, and users are able to accomplish and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, when previously they would have to navigate to different websites and programs.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. Integration with Oracle Talent Management Cloud can eliminate the need for duplicate entry. As information is entered directly into Oracle Talent Management Cloud, it is then pre-populated into Edge’s WebScreenSM system, enabling fewer errors and quicker turnaround times, as well as the ability to eliminate the need for paper processing.
