Joe Langford started his career with Edge Information Management, Inc. in 1993 as the VP of Marketing. He was promoted in 2001 to Senior Vice President and in 2004 he became the President of Edge. Joe was elected to the Board of Directors in 2011. Prior to joining Edge, Joe worked as the Director of Marketing for Loss Prevention Specialists, Inc., a company he helped start-up and become a nationally recognized provider of civil recovery services. Joe graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Steve Smith, Vice President of Finance
Steve Smith is the Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at Edge. As a member of Edge’s Senior Management Team he is responsible for overseeing the accounting and HR departments. Steve has been involved with Edge since it’s evolvement from a division within Credit Data Services to its incorporation as Edge Information Management, Inc. in 1991.Steve has almost 30 years of experience in the areas of accounting & HR and has been involved in many M & A’s during his business career. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Norm Gagnon, Vice President of Compliance & Operations
Norm Gagnon has been with Edge Information Management, Inc. for over nine years and is currently serving as the VP of Compliance & Operations. Norm is responsible for keeping current on changes in laws that impact the background screening process, which includes interpretations, updates, and review of state specific laws with regard to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Norm graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Colorado.
Marc Giguere, Director of IT
Marc Giguere has been instrumental in working with Edge’s IT department since 2003. In 2012, he was named the Director of IT. Marc brings an expert knowledge of technology, software development and project management to Edge’s IT Department ensuring smooth, future growth of Edge’s proprietary internet software, WebScreenSM and the many client driven integrations. Marc provides oversight and direction for Edge’s internal IT staff as well as any local contract services used for special projects.
Jeannette Shoulberg, Drug Screening Manager
Jeannette Shoulberg has over 8 years of experience within the drug testing industry. Jeannette has received training from the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) and the Substance Abuse Programs Administrators Association (SAPAA).Jeannette is responsible for keeping all drug testing clients in compliance with State and Federal regulations. Jeannette manages Edge’s drug testing department, and is also in charge of overseeing Edge’s drug testing collection facility which has 2 full time collectors and 1 part-time collector. She also assists the sales department with drug testing questions and needs, and identifies new testing methods and products for clients to utilize for their drug testing programs.
Cathy Fontenot, Operations Manager
Cathy Fontenot has over 15 years’ of experience in Operations including supporting the Director of Compliance. She manages all aspects and functions of the Operations Team, which includes, coordinating, training, and scheduling the Operations Team to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information back to Edge’s clients.
Addison Sullivan, National Sales Manager
Addison Sullivan, National Sales Manager, joined Edge Information Management, Inc. in 2004 as National Account Executive and was promoted to his current position in 2011. During his time at Edge, Addison has worked with clients from multiple industries to implement comprehensive and cost effective employment screening programs. Addison is an active member in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), National Retail Federation (NRF), and Florida Healthcare Association (FHCA). Addison continues to create lasting relationships with clients and business partners alike. Addison holds a degree in business from Florida State University.
