We listen to your specific goals. . . Do you prefer a Web-based program, an IVR system, email, fax – or a combination of some type? Would you like to operate “pre-hire” or “post-hire”? Do you want to centralize or decentralize your process, or do you want to divide it according to districts, regions and individual locations? Do you want to integrate with a commercial or proprietary HRIS program, a third party provider of assessment tests or other databases? We then learn from the departments that are influenced and/or impacted by your background screening program. For larger clients, it usually requires meetings with the human resources, operations, and loss prevention departments. For smaller clients, it generally means we learn how best to deliver our service for the one person who handles it all.
